Are you organised, proactive, and keen to make a real impact?

We’re looking for a Team Administrator to support our Safety, Culture & Sustainability team in a fast-paced electricity distribution environment.

Reporting to our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our team running at its best, providing vital administrative and coordination support while working closely with the wider SCS team.  From helping deliver safety initiatives, coordinating activities, general administration and keeping the day-to-day health and safety running smoothly, you’ll be at the heart of what we do.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their knowledge and experience - no two days will be the same in this varied role.  You’ll contribute to important team priorities ensuring our people and processes stay connected and our network is delivered safely and efficiently.

Ōu pūkenga - What will you bring?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing administration and coordination support in Health and Safety or fast paced administration roles.
  • A passion for health, safety, wellbeing, training and projects, is essential to this role.
  • Strong data analytics would be advantageous.
  • Self-managing administrator capable of managing multiple accountabilities.
  • Ability to identify problems with a solution-based focus.
  • A positive and proactive approach.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong prioritisation skills to ensure the teams overall needs are best met.
  • Calm, professional temperament with ability to cope periodically to high pressure.
