Ko tō tūranga – your role

We're on the lookout for an administrative whizz to join our Operations Admin Support team for 5 months (fixed term) whilst our current employee is completing an internal secondment! This is a diverse role involving a wide range of admin tasks, working closely with managers and staff, and some direct customer contact.

Ideally be available to commence on Monday 3 August 2026, working Monday to Friday (40 Hours) and start/finish either 7am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4pm.  This role will end on Tuesday 22 December 2026 and you must be available through the whole period. There is the potential that this role may become permanent.

The role demands high attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A key part of the role will be processing purchase orders, creating jobs in our business systems, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. You’ll be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to accurately capture information in our CRM system (Salesforce) and finance system (Business Central).  You'll handle ad-hoc requests calmly and work closely Operations team and with the Customer Services team from time to time.

Ōu pūkenga - What will you bring?

  • Extensive administration/customer service experience with the ability to truly ‘hit the ground running’,
  • Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook skills and ability to pick up business systems quickly e.g. Business Central, Salesforce; if you’ve worked with these systems in the past that’s a bonus!
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with experience processing purchase orders, creating jobs and completing data entry.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, you’ll be a time management star.
  • A positive, proactive approach, the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels, and a willingness to help wherever needed. A calm, professional temperament with the ability to cope in a busy environment.
