We're on the lookout for a Training and Development Facilitator who's passionate about helping others grow. In this role, you will support our trainees, coordinate training across the business, keep our learning systems humming, and create engaging learning content for all levels, including facilitated face-to-face sessions and e-learning modules that make learning more enjoyable and effective.

You'll play a key part in building capability across Counties Energy, ensuring our training aligns with business priorities and legislative requirements. If you love blending coordination, creativity and people development, this role will keep you energised. 

Ōu pūkenga - What will you bring?

  • Experience supporting training delivery, coordination or administration in operational, utilities or services-based environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training to adult learners (in multiple formats including face-to-face, facilitated sessions and e-learning) in operational environments with the ability to adapt content for practical on-the-job application.
  • Experience designing and developing engaging e-learning content (using tools such as ELMO and Articulate).
  • High level of organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence engaging trainees, employees, managers and external training providers. 
  • An approachable, supportive and people focused ability, with a strong care mindset.
  • Strong systems capability, including LMS administration and reporting; advanced Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, able to adapt learning solutions to operational needs.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate across the business. 
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and workforce capability development.
